Overview:
Ms Davis originally contacted us for some advice as she no longer had a working central heating in her home and did not know where to begin to resolve this situation. At the time she was using only inefficient and expensive plug-in heaters for warmth. During first contact we explained the funding options to her, identified through which route she would be eligible and the information that we would need for her application. After a detailed energy assessment and retrofit design survey were carried out and it was agreed that a Daikin Altherma air source heat pump would be the best fit for her property along with under floor insulation to help her home retain more valuable heat. Making this job a priority we sent our team of experienced engineers out as quickly as we could to install Louise’ new heating system enabling her to heat her home efficiently again.
