Overview:
Mr Turner came to us with little to no idea of what he was looking for, all that he knew was his current heating system was old and beginning to break down on him. Our surveyor was able to identify straight away that Mr Turner qualified for funding to upgrade his heating system to a modern and A-rated boiler that would increase the energy rating of his home. We also identified loft insulation as a home improvement for Mr Turner as the current insulation he had was not giving him any benefit through the inadequate depth and materials. Through a detailed energy assessment, we were able to increase Mr Turner’s energy rating from a Low E to a Low C on the energy performance certificate.
