Overview:
Mr Colquhoun reached out to us very overwhelmed with his wife in the hospital and no heating in his home. We were able to fit this customer in for an emergency appointment to determine what we could do to help. Having a broken down and inefficient LPG boiler, Mr and Mrs Colquhoun had been living in fuel poverty with nowhere to turn. The main reason Mr and Mrs Colquhoun were looking for help was to fix the broken heating in their home, but with our experienced and dedicated teams, we were able to replace their system with a brand new and highly efficient gas heating system that will provide them with warmth throughout the year while reducing any related costs for them.
